An engineer reviews your files

Not a sales rep. We look at wall thickness, draft angles, split lines and material choice.

Design-for-manufacturing feedback

If something can't be made, or can be made cheaper, you hear it with the reasoning, not just a verdict.

Initial quotation

Tooling cost, unit price and lead time, shared within a few working days. Then a call to walk through the details.

Your decision

You approve the final quotation. A downpayment starts the tooling.

You bring

Prototype & Tooling

Testing, refining and preparing for production

The longest phase, and the one where the quality of every future batch is decided.

Mold design

Injection points, ejector points and split lines are designed and discussed with you; they stay visible on your product.

Steel and components ordered

Custom mold components, steel and raw material, sourced through factories we've worked with for years.

Milling

Custom mold parts are milled, then installed on the injection molding machine.

First samples (T1)

A full cycle of samples comes off the tool. We review, adjust the mold and shoot a second set.

Surface texture

Once samples are approved, texture is added inside the milled parts and a final set of samples follows.

Your decision

You approve the samples - first on fit and function, then on texture and finish.

You bring

  • Approval on the mold design

  • T1 and T2 sample sets
  • Textured final samples
  • A tool that's ready to run

Manufacturing & Assembly

Reliable production, without owning factories

Quality is agreed on paper before the first batch runs, so approval isn't a matter of opinion.

While the mold is built, we draft the quality control and Pre-Shipment Inspection procedure and share it for your approval.

Mold property contract

Signed and on record: the tool you paid for is yours.

Production batch

Your order runs against the agreed inspection document; every future order is judged the same way.

Assembly and packaging

Sub-assembly, labelling and packaging built for where the product ends up: retail shelf, e-commerce box or your customer's production line.

You approve the PSI report before anything ships.

Questions before you start

Asked by nearly every founder we speak to.

How long does it take from idea to first delivery?

Typically 12 to 18 weeks: 1-2 weeks for review and quotation, 6-10 weeks for tooling, and 4-6 weeks for the first production batch. Complex multi-cavity tools take longer; we tell you which bucket you're in during the first call.

What does a mold cost?

It depends on part size, cavity count and material. You'll have an indicative figure within a few working days of sending your files, before you commit to anything.

Do I own the mold?

Yes. A mold property contract is drafted and signed before production starts, so the tool you paid for is yours.

Is my design safe with you?

Every file uploaded through our site is covered by a standard NDA before anyone opens it. We manufacture to your specification and never compete with our clients' products.

Where do you deliver to?

Wherever your product needs to be: your own warehouse, a fulfilment centre, your distributor, or the production line of the business you supply. Freight and customs are arranged as part of the project.

What if my volumes are small?

Our network was built for startups and niche SMEs, so minimum order quantities are set with limited budgets in mind rather than corporate volumes.
