Production Heroes B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 77993810, at Huiswei 6, 4855 AB Galder, the Netherlands, is the controller for the personal data described below. What this website collects
This site runs no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party scripts that follow you between websites. The only things stored on your device are your language and colour-scheme preference, which stay in your browser and never reach us.
Personal data reaches us only when you send it yourself:
- Contact form — your name and email address, and optionally your company, phone number, subject and the message you write.
- Quickscan — your answers about your product and production plans, together with the contact details you give us so we can send the feedback.
- Email, phone and LinkedIn — whatever you tell us when you approach us directly.
Why we hold it
To answer your question, prepare a quotation and carry out an assignment. Under the GDPR that processing is necessary to enter into or perform an agreement (Article 6(1)(b)). For enquiries that never become an assignment, we rely on our legitimate interest in following them up and keeping a record of what was discussed (Article 6(1)(f)).
Enquiries are also recorded in our CRM, so a conversation is not lost when a colleague picks it up.
How long we keep it
No longer than we need it. An enquiry is kept while it can still lead to work and reviewed periodically after that. Anything that ends up in our accounts — invoices and the details on them — is kept for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it. Ask us to delete your data and we will, unless one of those retention obligations applies.
Who else processes it
We work with a small number of suppliers who process data on our behalf, under a processing agreement:
- Vercel — hosting for this website.
- TiDB Cloud — the database behind the website, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt).
- Resend — sends us the notification email when you submit a form.
- Vercel Blob — storage for images and documents published on this site.
- Zoho — our CRM, where enquiries and client contacts are recorded.
- Microsoft 365 — our email and calendar.
Some of these are American companies. Where data reaches the United States, that transfer rests on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where needed, on standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or hand it to you in a portable form. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Send that request to [contact@productionheroes.nl](mailto:contact@productionheroes.nl) and we will respond within a month.
If you think we are handling your data wrongly, we would rather hear it from you first — but you are entitled to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at any time.
Security
Traffic to this website is encrypted. The database sits behind TLS and access to the admin side of the site requires a personal account. Only the people who need it have access to enquiries.
Changes
We update this statement when the way we work changes. The date at the top says when it was last revised.
